Standard dual-softening system SDM
Advantages:
- continuous formation of softened water
- simple installation and very small level of residual hardness in the water
- display of the quantity of softened water which can be produced before the next regeneration
- small salt consumption per one regeneration
- compact performance which requires relatively little space
Standard dual softening system consists of:
- two ion exchange containers made of polyester reinforced with glass fibres
- brine tank with cover made of PE and with plastic floating valves
- two membrane and two control valves
- two central distribution valves on the top of the device
- water meter for measuring the quantity of raw water
- high capacity ion mass which is situated on the granular surface

Standard single-softening system SEM
Description of the operation:
The standard version of the system produces softened water between the two regenerations and smaller quantity of hard water in the process of regeneration (reverse rinsing, pulling the brine, slow rinsing), however it does not produce water in the process of quick rinsing. Should the water (soft or hard) be constantly available, a by-pass valve must be installed.
Standard single-softening system consists of:
- ion exchange container made of polyester reinforced with glass fibres
- brine tank with cover made of PE and with plastic floating valves
- vertical pipe and safety valve made of PVC
- central distribution valve on the top of the device
- high capacity ion mass which is situated on the granular surface

Description of the operation:

Should the water (soft or hard) be constantly available, a by-pass valve must be installed. All the devices are fully automated. Control devices in a standard version are exclusively based on the amount of softened water. A special design can be control device in sensor design – it is based on the measurements of the actual residual hardness.

- brine tank with cover made of PE and with plastic floating valves
- pipe connections of the central distribution valve with the ion exchange container
- central distribution valve on the top of the device
- high capacity ion mass which is situated on the granular surface
- turbine water meter with mechanical transmission

Description of the operation:
All the devices are fully automated. Control devices in a standard version are exclusively based on the amount of softened water. A special design can be control device in sensor design – it is based on the measurements of the actual residual hardness. In this group you can choose a device which regarding its flow and capacity meets industrial needs. Upon your request a larger device can be delivered with a special order.
Industrial dual-softening system consists of:

- pipe connections of the central distribution valve made of brass with a control unit on the top of the device
- central distribution valves on the top of the device
- high capacity ion mass which is situated on the granular surface

Cabinet softening system K
Description of the operation:
Raw water enters the softening device through its central distribution valve. The water runs through the upper nozzle into the ion resin, through which it travels from the top to the bottom. On its way through the ion resin the ions of calcium and magnesium are exchanged with sodium ions. Softened water runs through the lower nozzle into the central pipe, through it up to the central distribution valve and finally it flows out of the softening device towards the appliance/consumer. The central distribution valve controls the regeneration process of ion resin during various phases (reverse rinsing, brine suction/slow rinsing, and fast rinsing). Water to form brine flows into the salt container during a time-driven or level-driven process. When adequate amount of water flows into the salt container, the central distribution valve switches back to the operating position. During the process of regeneration the formation of softened water is not possible. Only hard water can be formed in this phase.
Cabinet softening device consists of:
- the casing which contains the ion exchange container, the suction fitting for draining the brine bath and a container for tableted salt
- ion exchange container
- central control valve
- the cover, which allows access to the interior of the housing
- high capacity ion mass
- turbine water meter with mechanical transmission
