Device for reverse osmosis

Use:

Device for reverse osmosis is used for the production of deionised water. It is mainly used for treatment of inflow boiler water, for water preparation for humidifiers and cooling systems, for production of washing water in industry, commerce and catering. Since the reverse osmosis is also used to eliminate a large part of microorganisms and toxic substances, it can be used in special occasions for water treatment in hospitals, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry, food industry and beverage industry. The reverse osmosis method is also a membrane diffusion method. Semipermeable membrane retains substances in the water, while pure water runs through the membrane. High concentrated salt water retained by the membrane is called concentrate. And water running through the membrane is called permeate. Several reverse osmoses with flow over 300l/h are available.

Device for UV disinfection

Use:

Such devices are used to disinfect system, technological and drinking water. There are several series of such devices available, which differ from each other by their functionality and the flow of treated water. All devices can function in combination with the controllers Basic and Standard.

Function:

Treating water is exposed to intense UV-C Rays in UVE reactor. UV rays change their hereditary cell material of microorganism and prevent further cell development and kill the original cell. The UV ray dose (mJ/cm2), used on bacteria, depends on UV permeability of water (% per cm of the water layer) and the flow (m3/h). Minimum dose of UV-rays required for efficient disinfection is 25 ml/cm2 in the adequate flow and transmission.

Desalination device ON

Use:

It is a system for measuring electrical conductivity by means of automated control of mineral content in the cooling systems and humidifiers. In the process of water evaporation in cooling systems and humidifiers only water molecules in air are bound into the air, minerals remain in the water system and therefore their content is gradually increasing. TDS means the release of one part of the water in the system. The amount of released water, as well as losses on evaporation and spraying are replaced with fresh water. The level of TDS depends on fresh water quality and a permitted concentration of minerals. Electrical conductivity of the water system serves as a control condition.

Function:

The system water is circulated through the measuring probe. The probe generates a measurement signal that is proportional to the conductivity of the water system. This signal is sent to the control unit. The control unit is equipped with a microprocessor that converts data and transmit signals to regulate the solenoid valve. When the electrical conductivity of the water system exceeds the defined upper limit, the TDS valve opens and the system water is released into the sink until the electrical conductivity falls below the defined limit.
