Test kits ESOT to determine important parameters in system waters.
There are test kits for:
- total hardness /ESOTEST A 0 – 20 °dH/, /ESOTEST B 0 – 2 °dH/
- carbonate hardness /ESOTEST C/
- p and m value /ESOTTEST CPM/
- carbon dioxide
- free chlorine
Control heads are used for automatic operation and performing regeneration of devices based on ion exchange technology. Various models of control heads of the producers SIATA and FLECK are available.
Ion resins are used for cation and anion exchange from water through adequate resin ions. All resin types are available: DOWEX, LANXESS (Lewatit) in PUROLITE.
Rotameters are used to measure a current flow. When through movement on the float valve, which is situated in transparent casing, fluid resistance occurs which pushes the float valve up and raises it according to the current flow. By means of a scale the current flow can be read.
Components of rotameter’s housing can be made from trogamid or polysulfone. The float valve can be made from PVDF or magnetic PVDF. There may be additional switchers for minimum, maximum flow or a switcher for both flows. Standard connectors are adhesive to the PVC. At the request of the customer a connector can be upgraded with which the embedded lengths are changed. Rotameters can be supplied also for aggressive media such as H2SO4, NaOH etc. At the time of ordering it is needed to specify the medium which is measured.
Storage tanks for purified water
Storage tanks made from reinforced polyester, polyethylene or stainless steel with all necessary connectors. There is a huge variety of dimensional options of free standing and horizontal storage tanks. Due to their shape the tanks take little space. The materials are harmless and adequate for any types of water. It is possible to combine several tanks of the same size.
- tanks of drinking water
- tanks in industry
- tanks in technological systems
- tanks in food industry
The salt container with a double bottom is used for preparation of brine by dissolving salt tablets. The occurred brine is used for regeneration of ion resin in water softening devices.
A salt container consists of: a housing, semi-permeable for light, and a cover made from polyethylene which are both resistant to shocks, a bottom for separation of tablet salt and brine and an overflow connector. Salt containers volume from 100 L to 1500 L are available.
Filtration media for solids and minerals are used for filtering and removing particles regarding their grain size and mineral content. They are also used for removing iron, manganese and hydrogen sulphide from water. Filtration media for chloride and organic material are mainly used for removing chlorine, odour, taste and dissolved organic matter from water.
Membranes - elements for RO and NF
These elements assure a relatively high containment level of dissolved salts and organic material. Membranes of the elements for reverse osmosis contain active surface which improves the flow of permeate and increases productivity up to 50%. The elements of nanofiltration assure selective containment of calcium, magnesium and other salts.
The basis of all spiral wound elements is a thin composite membrane which consists of three layers: an ultra-thin polyamide restraining layer, microporous intermediate layer from polysulfon and a very strong supportive network of polyester. The network enables the basic structural support and polyamide retention layer provides high flow of water, high retention of silicon and dissolved salts with high chemical resistance. The thin microporous supportive layer from polysulfon assures needed porosity, strength and resistance which are all needed due to demanding operating conditions. All types of membrane producers are available: FILMTEC and HYDRANUTICS.
Wool filter cartridges
Wool filter cartridges are cartridges for one use only. They are available in four standard dimensions. On the request of a customer also other dimensions of cartridges can be provided.
Polypropylene filter cartridges
Polypropylene filter cartridges are washable and designed for repeated use.
Active carbon filter cartridges
Active carbon cartridges consist of a smaller and larger tube and in between there is active carbon. The outer surface of the tube enables mechanical filtration, and chemical physical filtration occurs on activated carbon between both the tubes.
The meter is used to accurately measure the flow of cold water with a temperature of 40 °C and hot water at a temperature of 90 °C.
The meter consists of a brass housing with threaded connection, a turbine measuring wheel and a dial to show the measured quantity of water.
- easy to install
- accuracy class B on ISO 4064
- nominal pressure PN16
- maximum water temperature 40°C/90°C
- pressure loss at nominal flow is less than 0,25 bar
The cleaning pump EKP 20 is used to remove limescale and rust from the walls of the tubes in smaller water systems.
The cleaning pump ECP 20 is constructed as part of the system, it is resistant to chemicals and enables effective cleaning, without the need to disassemble the system.
- container is resistant to shock
- easy to use
- allows continuous operation
