Filters

Fine filter

Use:

Fine filters reduce contact corrosion in piping systems and prevent any interferences and disturbances in the valve functioning, flow heaters etc. By means of filtration of rust particles, boiler scale, sand particles and other impurities the possibility of clogging the piping systems is reduced. Filter cleaning needs to be carried out at least every 6 months for hygienic reasons. In case of the presence of bigger quantities of impurities, such cleaning must be repeated more often.

Fine filter consists of:

  • filter tank made of transparent plastic of a relatively high impact resistance, compressive and tensile resistance and sustained transparency
  • plastic washable filter meshes
  • polypropylene heads with brass cartridges and vent screw

All the used material are of good quality and suitable for filtering of drinking water.

Fine filter with flange

Use:

Fine filter reduces contact corrosion in pipe systems and prevents disturbances in functions of valves, flow heaters etc. Filtration of corrosion, boiler scale, sand particles and other forms of impurities reduces the possibility of clogging of pipe systems. Filter cleaning is necessary for hygiene and it needs to be repeated at least every 6 months. In case of higher level of impurities, cleaning must be performed more often.

Fine filter with flange consists of:

  • stainless steel case with a filter cartridge containing PP/VA resistant to tearing and has a large filtration surface area
  • control A valve which is built in the casing head
  • transparent filter cap where impurities accumulate

All used materials are clean and suitable for filtration of drinking water.

Activated charcoal filter FAOK

Use:

Activated charcoal is used for preparation of various types of water: drinking water, ground water, industrial water. It is suitable for a large surface of filtering material. Activated charcoal filter is primarily designed and intended for filtration of impurities dissolved in the water. Such solutions contain various substances, argents, colorants, and some other organic matter as well. Activated charcoal filter is used to remove chlorine and potassium permanganate. It is also used for preliminary water preparation which is used for technological processes where the used material or process is highly reactive to any small extent of impurity in the process of preparation itself. When the entire filter surface is used up and it loses its absorption capacity, the filter cartridge must be replaced. Activated charcoal filter can be used for filtering drinking water if the material used is adequate for containment unit, cap seals and the cap.

Activated charcoal filter FAOK consists of:

Activated charcoal filter consists of a housing with a plastic filter and a filtering valve. A filter element is a pipe made of activated charcoal with a filter designed for intake and release on a polypropylene housing.

Automatic backwash filter PIFA

Use:

Automatic reverse rinsing filter reduces contact corrosion in pipe systems and prevents disturbances in functions of valves, flow heaters etc. Filtration of rust, boiler scale, sand particles and other forms of impurities reduces the possibility of clogging of pipe systems. The backwashing procedure allows a continuous supply of filtered water giving rise to undisturbed water supply in the backwashing procedure. Because of hygiene the filter must be thoroughly cleaned every six month.

Automatic backwash filter PIFA consists of:

  • time-driven reverse rinsing with the setting possibility from 4 minutes up to 3 months
  • operation is completely automatic
  • option of manual operation
  • option of upgrading of differential pressure switches, remote control and telemonitoring

All used materials are clean and suitable for filtration of drinking water.

Backwash filter PIF

Use:

Reverse rinsing filter reduces contact corrosion in pipe systems and prevents disturbances in functions of valves, flow heaters etc.

Backwash filter PIF consists of:

  • brass connector
  • casing made of transparent high quality plastic
  • filter mesh made of stainless steel
  • manometer
  • connector for rinsing water

All used materials are clean and suitable for filtration of drinking water.

Candle filter

Use:

Candle filter is used for filtering in larger water systems. With this type of filter reduction of contact corrosion in piping systems can be achieved and any intervention in valve functioning, flow heaters etc. can be prevented. This type of filters is adequate for the use in cooling systems for circulation filtration of the system water and the entire water flow. When using candle filters for the needs of drinking or sanitary waters its cleaning must be repeated at least every 6 months for hygienic purposes. In case of a larger quantity of impurity cleaning must be repeated even more often.

Candle filter consists of:

    • a filter tank and a cover made of structural steel which are both from inside and outside coated with an adequate epoxy coating
    • several filter cartridges
    • an automatic vent screw

Sand filter

Use:

Sand filter is used to filter impurities and other particles from water.

Sand filter consists of:

  • the tank of the filter filled with quartz and stabilized sand
  • a circulation pump (connector of plastic or stainless steel, the driving wheel of stainless steel)
  • main control valve made of ABS
  • piping made of PVC
  • time-controlled functions backwash
